Im borrowing a phone from my friend (honor 200) since my phone's charging port is broken (Iphone 11)
The game was laggy and sometimes crashed on my iPhone but it was still playable, but on this honor phone it can't even do a single clash without crashing

Context:
I wrote down my password in the notepad app in my old phone, but the phone got factory reseted.
I dont remember my password so i tried to reset it using the "forgot password" but then it asks you the personal/secret question which i dont know the answer of bc i put something random when i made it (yes ik, how dumb of me)
Ive tried multiple times to guess my password bc i usually use the same password with different variations and now it says my sega id is subject to login restrictions
Question:
Is there any way to reset my password without answering the personal questions like through customer support email or smth?

my first question is, how do i switch track within 3 pulls (dlunos is on 4B)?
the second question is, dlunos re appears in my seed on 57A, but theres a track switch on 56A. how do i prevent it?
my last question is if i use plat ticket on 56A, would it track switch? and if i use another plat ticket after that would i get dlunos on 57A?
