I noticed many hardware startups struggle with cloud latency and privacy issues when adding voice commands to their equipment interfaces. I just built an architecture utilizing native Swift, Core ML, and AVFoundation that processes complex voice intents completely offline while filtering out heavy background noise. Thought this might be useful for anyone building medical devices or industrial kiosks that require hands-free interaction.

Standard voice AI fails in heavy industrial environments due to noise and strict cloud-security constraints. I wanted to see if I could build a completely native, edge-compute solution. I used AVAudioEngine for aggressive noise filtering and a custom Core ML model to parse intents entirely offline. Here is a demo of it filtering out heavy machinery noise. Would love feedback from any founders building in the hardware or manufacturing space!

PS: Eventhough it is tested in a high noise background i could not capture the machinery noise in the screen recording. I couldn't find someone to help me with holding the phone while recording the video. Sorry for that.

Had to comeback from an onsite assignment from Japan. Huge pay cut. Went from lakhs to few thousands. The funny part is I was having an offer letter for a higher amount when i was offered this onsite. Came back and in a week my grandmother died. After few days my uncle also died. And now found out that our house which we live in was a collateral for a bank loan which was taken by my uncle and he never repaid. This is under revenue recovery stage. Have to pay crores to the loan to stop revenue recovery. Will be going to the streets with my family within few months. On top of that my marriage is fixed with this girl that I found in matrimony. Most probably this marriage will be cancelled
