Saanich Candidates Cycling Infrastructure Cheat Sheet

At the Saanich All Candidates Meeting held at Claremont Secondary last night, there was a "lightening round" that very concisely and clearly separated the candidates out into three groups based on the question: what should we do with the pace of construction of bike lanes, make it faster, keep it about the same, slow down or stop it?

I thought it was quite a clever question and format to cut through the messaging from all sides, so I'm sharing the answers here.

Don’t Wake Me Up reminded me of something…

Anyone else have this legendary Monsta X-Ray scene come to mind after watching Wonho’s latest release (which is an absolute banger btw)

Periodic Table Table Of The Elements - Eurographics - 1000 pieces

Got this puzzle for free over the weekend, and what a find! So easy and satisfying. And bonus, all the pieces were there! 😄 Will definitely do this one again.

Getting through withdrawal

I recently moved from regularly taking one edible at night to dry herb vaping and I loved it — way too much. I fell down the rabbit hole of strains and devices, and after about six weeks of daily use I noticed my appetite was being affected. I thought maybe it was the strain I was vaping so I switched, but this didn’t help. I realized if I wanted to be able to eat properly again I had to lay off the vaping. It’s day three and I never would have imagined the withdrawal symptoms could be like this. I’m so anxious and depressed, still definitely can’t eat almost anything, I’m exhausted, my body temperature is all over the place and I am sweating like crazy at night. Please tell me this gets better and if you have any tips for coping with the withdrawal I would really appreciate it.
