[homemade] chicken katsu sandwich
Very happy with this outcome. I sourced the bread and panko breadcrums from the Japanese market although I forgot to get the Kewpie mayo. I had all the ingredients to make the katsu sauce. Next time I'll make the bread from scratch!

Two free tickets to today's event at the Orioles game
Can't make it from DC. Holler for tickets
Edit: Tickets have been claimed. Also, user Huge-Procedure-3200 reached out for tickets and despite his comments/posts being sent to private, I used google and found a thread where they are accused of re-selling tickets gifted them by another reddit when the reddit specifically asked them not to do that. Don't be like Huge-Procedure-3200. That's a dick move.
