Looking for advice on where to go from here

I have some examples here of how my videos normally do in recent months, Im just not sure whats going to give me that push above like 200 subs. Im considering putting lots more work into video editing, production and packaging, but my content is usually spontaneous and it would be a waste of effort to over edit it most of the time.

Im looking to appeal to people who dont know much about parachutes or night vision, but its kind of hard to get people interested.
