41 [f4m] #EST I just realized it’s my cake day

I’m not sure what to do with this information. So, tell me something weird about you!

Brief about me: cat lady, no kids, 5’7” curvy/bbw maybe? Idk, brunette/blue eyes/glasses/freckles, indie hipster mixed with punk mixed with emo (not much of the lamer emo, iykyk), nerdy enough to play dnd regularly but not nerdy enough to play video games on the regular (I only own an original NES), I like trivia and watching movies.

Edit: guys a cake day is an anniversary on reddit, not a birthday (that’s an IRL cake day) 🙃

41 [f4m] #online aging leftist hipster ISO similar certified yapper

It’s been a long week. Work has been rough, and the recent storms in my area has brought on some crazy destruction to my property and water leaks at my business. I’m spending the evening drinking wine and eating partially frozen cheesecake to cope.

About me - 41f, widowed a few years out, entrepreneur, northeast US, pretty left leaning, against generative AI and other lame things, cat mom (I don’t know how to deal with human kids), 5’7 curvy with glasses and tattoos.

I’d like to hear about your week - good, bad, or otherwise. Feel free to yap away! I likely won’t reply to first messages that are one liners like “hi how are you?” - just start rattling on!

41 [F4M] #EST #online What would be the first song on your mixtape?

I miss making mixtapes! I used to have so many meticulously curated tapes/CDs/playlists that were lost to time. Especially from my days as a sad high school emo kid, and then a painfully indie hipster college kid that was on campus radio. However, when you have no one to make the mixtapes for, there’s not much point in making them.

About me: 41, 5’7, curvy with some extra weight but I don’t think Im ugly, very outgoing but get shy around crushes, awkward, funny/goofy, glasses, night owl, left leaning, still an elder emo hipster type but now I also play dnd.

Tell me about yourself and what you would put as your first mixtape song! No guys trying to cheat.

Hi! I’m going to be around Kingston/Saugerties soon for an overnight stay. Instead of sitting in my Airbnb I’d like to find a place to hang out that feels safe enough for a solo middle age (read: early 40s aging hipster) woman. A bar or late nite cafe that has a more casual atmosphere where I can drink, maybe read a book or strike up conversation with the bartender/other patrons. Thanks for any recommendations!

Looking for a physical therapist that has experience working with hypermobile/hEDS patients. Bonus points if they have experience with POTS too. Thanks!
