What should I do now
Guys what should I do. I fell for a girl I met online, she is just next to our state and I developed attachment even though we aren't in love. She just replies to my text but I can stop texting her. As a beginner need some advice and comment in order to complete my weight loss journey
I really need to focus on my body as it is getting worse day by day.I dont have any prior knowledge of weight loss, diet, workout, muscle building. I used to run to lose weight 4-5 months earlier but had to give up because of a knee injury despite the shoes with great quality.
Now I really need advice regarding weight loss, dieting,muscle building etc so that I can achieve my dream physique. Moreover, I can't join the gym because of some current financial situation for some months.All these things are giving me a headache. M just a teen thriving for a good physique. So, i just need some advice and comment as a guide for my weight loss journey. I am 5'6 80kgs 19 years old btw. I will be very glad if somebody gives me advice and comments through this post.
