I'm in my early fifties and the last time I had a period was July 2025. I assumed that I had finally gone through menopause and was done. however yesterday I noticed there were some blood clots after I went to the bathroom and today there's definitely some brown spotting. I don't know if this is normal and I'm scared to go to Google because Google always goes to the extreme.
