Hello! Fresh graduate here, just want to ask if required ba ung references? I'm an introvert kasi kaya although active naman ako sa orgs and internship ko, I doubt I can be someone memorable. Sa internship ko naman, sobrang busy nung supervisor ko kaya baka di raw siya makasagot sa tawag kaya di siya pumayag na mailagay sa references ko.

Note that I am an active member ng org ko since pag sali, although never really had a big position (palagi akong member ng comms, active volunteer din pag need ng personnel). Di lang din talaga ako pala talk huhu. Sa internship ko naman maganda rin performance ko 95% rating ko 🥲🥲

Paano kaya yon huhu required ba magkaroon and do you have tips on what can i do ;((

Hi! Will book tomorrow for my frames from debut pics (sedan ibbook). 1000 siya sa app, then most probably dadaan ng nlex so 400+ na dagdag. Need ko pa ba mag tip? Honestly, first time ko mag lalamove and ang daming awful experiences nababasa ko. Huhu important sa amin itong debut frames ko kaya kinakabahan ako 😭

Edit: studyanteng gipit din ako ngayon kaya i just want to know if mag eexpect ba ako na mag handa ng extra money (di ko alam saan kukunin if ever haha)

Hi! Currently, I'm gradwaiting this September under human resources and damn! It's super tough to find work.

After my internship, I just took a month "*rest*" because I feel like I deserve it. Now, after almost 2 months of searching, I've only had one callback/interview. I know the job market is super competitive right now, but wow, it's really discouraging.

I've fixed my resume, added a cover letter for some postings, and even tried emailing directly.

I don't know if it's because I technically don't have a degree yet or if there's a general problem...

For context: I'm the older sister too, so yeah... There's a lot of pressure...

Do you have any tips or openings? haha 😭🙏🏼
