Workforce management automation for businesses with a large staff (No AI involved)

Built a workforce management platform — looking for feedback on the market

We’ve built StaffPanda, a workforce management automation platform designed for large, shift-based organizations.

The platform automates employee assignment based on:

  • Availability
  • Qualifications
  • Schedules
  • Employee preferences
  • Open shifts

Employees have their own iOS/Android/web app where they can manage availability, view schedules, apply for open shifts and communicate with management.
Interactive demo: staffpanda.nl/gvb-demo

The platform was originally developed together with a team at GVB Amsterdam for public transport, unfortunately in the end due to internal conflicts they could not aquire the product so now we are sitting on it without any use for it.

It is currently designed around public-transport workflows, but the underlying technology could potentially be adapted to other industries with large shift-based workforces, such as security, hotels, logistics and facilities management.

We have a working product and an interactive demo.

We’re currently trying to determine where the strongest market opportunity is.

For people with experience in workforce management, operations or B2B SaaS:

We are a development company and have no sales or marketing department so we're stuck on where to go next.

1v1 ranked mode would be my dream come true

Ive played practice mode 1v1 and this game is absolutely insane mechanically. I would pay 100 euros for a 1v1 pvp ranked mode arena whatever you wanna call it.

Please make it happen!

Love the game, but the loot ninja'ing is super annoying

I like to kill all bosses and mobs before looting but in every game teammates just loot all chests etc. before I even get the chance to.
This is really aggrevating and a bad mechanic. Please make it equally spread or rolling for it.
OR give us full single player mode for all levels.

Found a stray, blind, underfed (skinny) kitten with a fever

Hi all,

Last night we (ages 40) found a stray blind cat (heartbreaking) cat, we took it to the vet (Croatia) and got 2 shots (an antibiotic and something else), and are supposed to come back for more shots the coming 3 days.

The kitten (6 to 12 months old) still doesnt want to eat or drink. He hasnt drank at all since we found him and only ate just a little less than 1 pack of wet junior cat food.

We are willing to pay whatever it takes for the wellbeing of the kitten but dont know what to do now since the vet is closed now.

Is it normal for the fevered underfed blind kitten to not eat or drink? I cant imagine but we dont now what to do and are worried.
