And here I thought this was a potato until now
Am I the only one?

I don't post about politics, but seeing HB 2226, the Prescription Drug Copay Fairness Act, make it out of the House Insurance Committee made me tear up.
This bill would stop insurance companies from taking manufacturer copay assistance without counting it toward patients' deductibles and out of pocket maximums. It would save me and so many other Pennsylvanians thousands of dollars.
The committee vote was 14-12, with every Democrat voting yes and every Republican voting no. If you support this bill, please take a few minutes to call or email your state representative and senator. If you live in a Republican district, your voice is especially important.

Edit: I noticed the amendment may carve out HSA eligible high deductible health plans. I emailed Rep. Kinkead's office to clarify. If that's true, I don't understand why it matters whether your grandmother gives you $1,500 for your medication or the manufacturer pays it directly. The insurer gets paid either way.
Found near the sports complex. Came back today to confirm it was actually chicken of the woods. Not the kind of chicken I expected to find in South Philly.
Just got a new WBP 7.62 Jack from Atlantic and the eagle engraving on the rear sight block appears to be rusting. I'm cleaning it with CLP and a nylon brush, but has anyone else seen this or have any other recommendations?
Very sexy firearm otherwise. The wood finish looks sick. My first AK.
