What is the device this man is holding while plane spotting?
I was plane spotting earlier at Schiphol airport in Amsterdam, and I saw this man holding this black box with a large antenna and watching planes take off. I feel like maybe it's a radio? But he wasn't talking into it and I couldn't hear anything coming out of it.
