Local grocery stores around me won’t even label the country of origin on their produce.

And when I checked those big cartons on the side, most produce are actually from the US.
For a while, I thought that I was shopping for real local produce at local stores omg silly me.

Is Polo Ralph Lauren considered sustainable everyone?

I like their stuff and I bought PRL’s items for whole family. Just wondering if they are a sustainable brand?

My empty products

I like to finish products but keep nice bottles and containers. That makes me feel like a little girl playing toys or a grown a$$ women in her own feminine world.

I stopped buying so much since I realized that clusters at home gave me anxiety. Now I only buy high quality products and make sure I finished them before getting new ones.

Have a good day everyone 🥰

How to keep your wardrobe truly capsule? Just stop buying synthetic fabric.

Yeah that is what I have been doing, and I stopped bringing all the trash home with my retail therapy.
It helps with my mental health, physical health and financial health. To me that is the point of a capsule wardrobe.

Does my male guppy look okay?

His belly looks off to me. But he is still swimming normally. What do you think?

Ladies who pass big clots during menstrual period, did you conceive easily?

Like I mean clots of at least size of a strawberry.

Can myofascial release with a lacrosse ball really release "years of trauma"?

I’ve been seeing TikTok videos claiming that myofascial release using a lacrosse ball can "release trauma stored in the body for years," with people crying during sessions. I’m skeptical—how can emotional trauma literally be trapped in a muscle knot?
However, I'm also curious because I’ve been dealing with chronic upper back and shoulder blade pain for years. I currently do Pilates and acupuncture; they help, but the pain returns just 1–2 days after I stop. Could this long-term pain be connected to past trauma, or is the "trauma release" thing just internet hype? Would love to hear your experiences or any scientific insight. Thanks!
