Hello, my wife is currently on Wegovy but has been priced out from our insurance dropping coverage. Her PCP is willing to send a script straight to a compound pharmacy.
Any suggestions as to which is the most reliable and affordable? We don't need an online provider ala Ro or Mochi, so we want to go straight to the pharmacy.

I have a copy of the original Anesthetize 4LP live boxset that hasn't been played since shortly after I purchased it new back in 2011 or whenever it was first released. Since I haven't played it, I'd like to offer it up for sale.
The vinyl and inserts/sleeves are all in NM/NM- condition and were carefully handled. The only flaw is that the outer box has some issues with the laminate where it looks like scratches but are actually tiny pockets of air under the laminate. If you search on Discogs, it's not an uncommon issue. Because of this purely cosmetic flaw, and to try to get a quick sale, I'm trying to sell this well below the average used price per Discogs. I'm asking $200 including shipping to the CONUS. I'll ship elsewhere if the buyer covers the cost. Payment to be made via PayPal G&S to protect everyone. I have sold vinyl here on Reddit in the past and on other platforms, so I'm willing to share screenshots of my seller ratings if requested.
I'm sad to be selling it, but it's time for it to find a new home.

This one has been played maybe twice and is in NM condition all around. Most recent US-based sale on Discogs for one in similar condition was over a year ago for $80 plus shipping.
In the interest of selling quickly, I'm asking $80 including shipping within the CONUS. I'll ship elsewhere but buyer will be responsible for any extra cost and risk.
