Landin a job in AI&Data Science field in Vienna

Hi guys! I am non-EU, and I got accepted into two master programs at TU Wien (Logic and AI, and Data Science). I have a BSc degree in Computer Science. I am fluent in English, native in Turkish, and I have something around B1.1 level German (though I highly doubt Germany German B1 is equal to Austrian German B1). And I am 25.

Vienna has always been my dream city since I was in 10th grade, and I always wanted to study at TU Wien. But I am also very anxious about landing a job in the DS field and earning a decent amount of money to cover my living expenses and start a good career journey.

I know knowing German is a must in Austria. So in the first 6 months of moving there, I will work on my language skills. But with my Student Residence Permit, I only get to work for 20 hrs a week.
I know the job market in Austria is relatively small and modest. But if you can answer these questions from your experience, I would really appreciate it.
My questions are:

  1. Are there enough entry-level/working student jobs? Or is it easy to land a remote job, like from Germany? I want to have a steady career. Studying at such a prestigious university is very beneficial I believe. But the possibility of not working until I graduate at the age of 27-28 really stresses me out.

  2. How hard is it actually to find a job when you are non-EU, even if you learn German?

Other than my questions, if you have any advices for me, I would also really appreciate that. thank you very much!

Additional documents wanted for MA35 - what should i do?

Hey guys. I applied for MA35 residence permit on 23 March. Today (15 June), I received an email asking for further documents. I will send them the additional documents tomorrow. I wanted to ask you, when they ask for additional documents, does the process start from the beginning? Like will I wait for an additional 3 months until I get an approval? Or will I get the permit in a few weeks? If they make me wait for an additional 3 months I probably won’t be able to start the Winter Semester. That’s why I am kinda anxious.

Also, I didn’t have a rental contract when I first applied for the RP. That’s the document they are asking for. I will send them the contract. But I found this document called “Wohnrechtsvereinbarung”. Do I need to get in touch with the dormitory to fill this document and send that in the email? Chatgpt said that this document is usually for the people who stay with a friend, relative etc., and that I wouldn’t need to send it if I already have a rental contract.

One last question: I will also send them my bank account showing the bank account balance. I got this document from the bank in English, with a signature and stamp. Do I need to get it translated to German? In the email it says every document must be translated to German. But when I went to the consulate back in March, the person who checked my documents said that it was unnecessary of me to get the documents that were already in English to translated into German. (I got the bank statements and insurance documents translated to German, when the originals were in English.)

I am sorry if this post is too long. But I don’t want to miss anything and get the process even longer.

Thank you very much.

Anybody applied for student RP without a rental contract?

Hey guys. I applied for RP on 23 March. On the checklist of the Austrian Consulate of my country, it said that it was OK to provide an intended address and rent costs while applying for a RP. At the time, I applied to multiple dorms (home4students, oead, etc.). But because it was March, they couldn’t offer me any places at the time. It was the end of April when I first started getting room offers from these dormitories.
That’s why I wrote a letter and put it into my application files where I mentioned this situation. I also put the screenshot of my dormitory application.
I am kind of stressed because I see that everyone here applied without a rental contract in hand. Did anybody apply without one? And if so, how did it go and how long did it take? Thank you.
