Isles of the Emberdark spoiler question

>!In Isles of the Emberdark there was a casual line spoken with no elaboration. They described Autonomy as “Splintered” that wasn’t the case at the end of “The Lost Metal” as far as I can recall. I know autonomy made splinters for Taldain and First of the Sun is thus what they were referring to? Or was there an event we don’t know about yet?!<

Time weather and wind conditions

Where do you all get the preferred conditions for catching a specific species? The fish data at each location is not detailed if any mention of time or weather is given. I have looked at FP collective and the wiki. Both provide data about the fish as well as hook and bait suggestions. But neither suggests time of day, any peak or specific ones, weather conditions, cloud cover or wind speed/direction. Do you google real life fishing resources and hope it matches the game?

Quanchkin Anniversary Bug

Last night after the reboot on Steam, I attempted the “In The Spotlight” Anniversary mission at Quanchkin Lake. Everyone who was there was experiencing the same problem. My headlamp kept turning on and off randomly the entire time even when reeling in a fish. If the headlamp turned off just as you landed a trophy it didn’t count and you had to advance the night again. You need 5 Trophies at night with the headlamp on and since two out of three trophies don’t count it’s going to take a while.

Holy Bottle Opener!

When I was at Uni, a friend brought me this souvenir bottle opener back from a vacation in Peru 🇵🇪. When I saw it in the Anniversary Pack I wondered if I should convert it into a fishing lure. After completing the Holy Spoon mission, I’ve decided that it is much more effective as a bottle opener.

X-Series Cannonball Sinker 9 oz

I got this sinker from completing a challenge. My friend saw it on a screenshot and asked me where I got it. I can’t recall what mission gave me this as a reward. It looks really cool and is a great weight for a Mokonzi. Does anyone have a better memory than me? It wasn’t from a 30 day challenge, I looked at the FP collective list.

Daily Mission Challenge name?

I have earned rewards for completing a certain number of each type of daily mission and gotten some cool free lures. Someone on this Reddit has mentioned there’s a challenge for completing part of a daily mission in every zone. What is the name of that challenge? How can I check on my progress? I have not kept accurate records of every zone I did part of a daily in. I can’t recall if I did one in Sander or the Tiber yet. Can I check on Steam or the game menu?

Popular fan theory question

There is a popular fan theory based on the image of Adonalsium shattering. It claims that before shattering into 16 pieces Ado first shattered into 4 then 8. For my purposes I’m assuming that is correct. Also that the shards of each quadrant are more disposed to bonding with other shards in its original quadrant. Based on that image has anyone determined what 4 shards are in each quadrant? I can’t tell who is who from the picture. For example what two shards would I have to kill and give to Harmony/Discord to stabilize my buddy Sazed? Or if I didn’t want to fully restore Ado but instead have 4 gods what would they look like?

Spodding Help Ghent-T

I am having difficulty with the new Trophy Tench at Ghent-Terneuzen.
First of all it is not nocturnal, after 9:15 no more tench. However the hour or so before sundown I have the most luck. The bait I’ve been using on #4 hooks have either Maggots, Red Worms or Leeches. I have not tried crawfish cut yet, that’s next. Zander and Perch love leeches but I still catch a lot of tench. The red worms are eaten by a lot more species in that canal and I did better with the leeches. When I use groundbait that got more apparent because the other species showed up in such numbers that the tench barely got a bite in. The Zander and Perch don’t seem to be affected by the groundbait and bite at about the same rate.
When using groundbait in such a fast moving canal does it dissipate almost immediately? Am I right in spodding 3/4 of the mixture and then using the rest in open cages on my feeder rods? Would you use a general mix like SoopaViagra or something stinkier with spicy worms and octopus? I copied this recipe from YouTuber Jakobson and used his spot. I just don’t like his bait choice. https://youtu.be/C0UiIWN1aaE?is=y1kJA7UaxFEM1YNj

Question about BGA

I only just learned about the existence of the game Algae Inc. Since Game Brewer is no longer publishing games I am having trouble locating a copy. Does Game Brewer being out of business and Algae Inc being out of print make it more or less likely that it will appear on BGA? Even if I had a physical copy it looks like the kind of game I would appreciate BGA keeping track of the details.

Is there a resource for a beginner to see what all the symbols letters and numbers on the cards, tiles and placards mean? Most are intuitive but when I’m unsure it would be nice to have a guide image. I looked at the pdf of the rules on BGA but still unclear.

I watched a video or two and ran through the tutorial on board game arena and decided to try playing Agricola solo. Since it was my first time I chose “beginner”. That was a game with no occupation cards etc. I don’t know if my question arose because this is how the game works normally or because I was playing solo in beginner mode. I had a hearth and a cooking hearth and that was probably redundant. However when harvest time came my animals and vegetables could be turned into food but grain could not be baked into bread for x3. Is the sow space the only place where you can bake bread? Because the card says that you can bake immediately after placing. I am reading that wrong I suspect.
