Have spent the last 11 years, a little over 10 of those years in an operational leader role. Looking to make the career change to remote. I've been doing a lot of looking the last few days and looking for advice into getting into the remote field.

My current just requires a lot of deep diving metrics from productivity, quality metrics and attrition rates. I have, more recently in the last few months, used our own company developed AI tools to assist in these deep dives.

Been streaming on and off for a few years now, cause of work and home, sadly one long stream a week. Really just do it for the fun.

Mainly stream Mil-sim style shooters but want to try to gain some viewers. What is recommended to help? I try to clip and post on tiktok when I can as well.

So. I purchased the Dynasty Edition a while ago, stopped played because my save would corrupt when I'd go to week 3, every time. Figured I'd give it another shot and it says I cannot start a new Dynasty because I don't have the tickets. But the Dynasty Edition says unlimited. Anyone know a fix to this?

Personally, going back and replaying the games in order and chase some achievements I missed and listening to the audio books. How about y'all?

Probably just dumb but lately whenever I stream, most games are lagging and freeze on stream. I lower and raise the bit rate but nothing really changes. And suggestions?
