13 week old not sleeping

Hi, recently my 13 week baby has been not taking her naps. I’ll nurse her to sleep and put her down and she’ll wake up 10 to 15 minutes later previously she was giving us 45 to 1 hour naps at a time. And I know she’s tired because she will have been up for two hours. She also used to give us a 5 to 8 hour stretch in the beginning of the night and then wake every 2 to 3 hours to feed. But now she is waking every 2 to 3 hours to feed. What should I do because I feel that she’s getting into an overtired state and I’m lost on how to help her sleep. I also EBF and she won’t take a paci. How can I sleep train her

7 week old schedule

Hi, I’m a bit lost on when I should be putting my 7 week old to bed at night. I tried following moms on call and it just doesn’t work for us at all. I exclusively breastfeed and my LO will eat around 12 times a day (sometimes more), she almost always needs to nurse to fall asleep. She naps during the day every 45-90 minutes and her naps range from 15 min - 2 hours. She mostly needs to contact nap to stay asleep longer than 15 min. Her bedtime is around 10pm but sometimes it’s really hard to settle her. She normally wake at 4 am and 630 am to feed. Should I be moving her bedtime earlier? And have any EBF moms successfully sleep trained ? And how do I reduce my feedings so my LO will have more full feedings and less snacking?
