Questions about my 1-2 week hitchhike in July. (Odense, Amsterdam, Brussels, Paris)
I have a week or two to hitchhike from Odense in Denmark to Amsterdam, Brussels, Paris and back in mid July. I have a few questions about it.
- Is it realistic for me to sleep overnight with my tarp and my sleeping bag and pad, if I find myself at night outside the cities / on the road?
- Is there a chance my things get stolen when I sleep in the wilderness, and how can I make it so they don't get stolen?
- Is it realistic to actually go see all these three cities within one week? If not, how long do you think it will take?
- Is it possible to find hostels on the day I know I will arrive in the city?
- Is there anything else I should think about before going?
