Looking for a skilled jeweler to collab on a startup in South FL

I recently launched a mail-in “cash for gold” style operation, headquartered in Boca Raton, FL. I’ve launched internet-based businesses before (scaled and sold for millions) and I have a really good feeling about this venture, but I’m missing a subject-matter expert. Any skilled jewelers with particular expertise in evaluating items for purchase (mostly rings made of gold with gems on them) that might be interested in collaborating? I want to hire someone part-time asap, with strong potential of it turning into full time quickly, and possible equity involved too.

Got the call, 100 year anniversary OP 36mm 😎

Love this thing, but now the question is do I wear it and bang it up or keep it in the safe? I have a pretty decent collection so this doesn’t fill any particular gap for me, is the wear worth the depreciation in this case or should I keep it clean and special?

*edit - I thought it was obvious and clear that i'm thinking of "preserving" this one because of its historical significance, I don't need to have this in my rotation because I have other Rolexes that are within 5% of the aesthetic of this watch - visually, it's redundant. It's unique because it's 100-year and likely will be limited in production, so the cost-benefit analysis of wearing it is not like all other watches. I get that watches are meant to be worn and enjoyed, but there are ones that are better preserved, and I was wondering if you think this is one such example. Please spare me your 'tudes.
