[SPOILERS S3] questions after finishing finale

I binged the show and finished it tonight. I’m not an avid tv show watcher, but got hooked. Time travel stories are hard to pull off and they did a really good job. I loved the ending but maybe I missed a couple of minor things.

Who really was Alexander before he came to Winden and why was he there?

Why was Martha’s scar on the opposite side of her face in the last episode?

Who was the guy that Claudia spoke with in front of Regina’s apocalyptic gravesite who said he had wished to be her father?

What was the whole point of the room with the electric chair? Early trials of time travel? Why did Noah bring the first missing kid (Erik?) to that room if by 2020 they would have had other means of time travel more advanced than that?

Thank you!!

I’m 29f, diagnosed with papilledema today after months of starry/black vision and I’m scared

I kept telling my family and doctors what was happening and everyone chalked it up to stress.
I haven’t felt good for a long time now, I have to wait two more weeks for my neuro appointment and I’m just feeling scared and worried about the worst.

The ophthalmologist told me it wasn’t a big deal and not to worry but all of the information on the internet is scary.

I’m at 6 months of foggy head, random flashes of light, and fatigue
1.5 months of aura, black vision multiple times a day
2 times over the last 6 months I’ve gone numb in my fingers with pain and weakness
2 weeks of daily mild headaches

Over the last year I rapidly gained over 100 pounds and have been very stressed out.

I’m not sure what responses I’m looking for but I’m feeling really scared, I’m feeling like life is a bit unfair right now, I’m feeling like this is going to be the rest of my life or that I’ll lose my vision or need brain surgery. I already take two medications for a hernia and high cholesterol. One day I just woke up 29, overweight, and falling apart.

Thanks for reading

Finished my first ever project and asked my brother to take a picture. Luckily, he photoshopped it to be more realistic

First ever project, giant chunky single crochet blanket that took me forever! When I finished it, I came out to the hall and told my brother to take a picture of me holding it up, then he sent me this :p

Happy pride! 🌈🥰

I 29f have been seeing waves of starry vision since the first week of May and can’t find relief

Starting from May 1-2ish I’ve been having waves of starry vision from my peripherals going into my whole field of vision where I can’t see for a about 10 seconds or so which can happen 10+ times a day.

There has been no pattern to it, it can be when I’m laying down, at work, standing still, any time of day.

Last week I started getting nauseous from it and started eating less because I have no appetite.

I don’t really get headaches after or during them until the last few days I’ve had very mild headaches.

When I got nauseous I also had some severe joint pain in my left elbow down to my fingers so I went to the ER. Nothing showed up in urine or blood tests they sent me home.

I went to my pcp yesterday and she thinks it’s ocular migraines, but I didn’t think they would cause a whole month of all day, every day symptoms.

I have an ophthalmology appointment on June 12 but I have been extremely exhausted, it’s hard to get through the day, I’ve had major brain fog, sensitivity to any light, ringing in my ears, pulsing in my temples and severe fatigue.

What should I do? I’m getting a little nervous not being able to see or function clearly on a daily basis.

I take rosuvastatin for hereditary high cholesterol and pantoprazole for GERD
