An observation today while out doing my bi-annual quarter metric century on my 100% carbon fiber wonder machine made by BMC with a prominent Swiss flag on the seat tube. Specialized, sir-velo, T*ek and even pinarello rider give me the low hand “Harley” wave but I don’t see them waving to each other. They must be confused as to who is riding the best bike amongst themselves but when they see my BMC they know what their T*ek will look like in about 5 years, they know BMC is superior bice and give it mad respect. Of course I never wave back, that wouldn’t be aero.
