Pour advices

I'm a M 22 sole breadwinner looking after my mum as an only child. The thing is I look younger than my age i have got a high metabolism and I can't gain weight whatsoever. I regularly workout at home to eat clean and have a good diet I was wondering in a situation like this how I am going to have a partner it seems like I'm becoming lonelier day by day I'm having too many insecurities. I spend spare time learning good stuff but idk what's gotten to me sometimes I just get tired of everything and I'm afraid if I go in relation with someone I might get tired of it too Obviously I don't wanna break anyone's heart. What should I do. sorry this post is kinda confusing but yeah RN I'm confused either. It's all about the terrible insecurities that I have on me. Sometimes life sucks a lot.
