Sold FIFA World Cup 2026 tickets on StubHub and transferred them through the FIFA portal to the buyer’s email 4 days ago.
On FIFA’s side, the transfer still shows as pending and I can still see the “Cancel Transfer” button. However, StubHub marked the sale as “Completed”.
The confusing part is FIFA never sent a confirmation email and there’s no obvious “transfer completed” screen.
Has anyone else experienced this? Does FIFA’s UI just lag / stay weird even after buyer acceptance, or does this mean the buyer still hasn’t fully accepted the tickets?
Trying to understand if I’m actually protected here as the seller.

I can no longer attend the game. Category 2 seats, purchased for $2,205 face value. I am willing to sell for less, as I'd like to just unload these. Asking for $2000 per ticket.
