Can a Kawasaki Z400 Do 1,000 km in a Day? I did.

Left Halifax at 11:45 AM ADT and arrived in Dover at 9:51 PM EDT (11h 6m total, including fuel stops and a 30-minute border crossing). Stopped every ~200 km for fuel and a Gatorade.

Biggest complaints were neck/trap fatigue from the wind and seat comfort, but the ride was fun from start to finish. Honestly impressed with how well the Z400 handled a day like this.

My buddy also installed a guardian bell on the bike before I left to keep me safe, so I'd say it did its job.

Last image shows the outcome of my helmet.

Still have the ride home next week...

EDIT: Poor wording on my part. I meant it more as "how doable is it for the rider," not whether the bike itself is capable.
