Half way today! Day 38

Pics are Day 1 and Day 37 since I wore similar outfits.

It's not fun anymore, but it's okay. I had a tooth out a couple weeks into my 75, which then got infected, and it hasn't been fun since.

I'm simultaneously surprised I've had some progress and a little bummed I don't have more to show, but during my tooth extraction healing, I've only been able to walk.

Gonna keep on keepin' on!

A small but important victory! Day 17

I got a tooth extracted yesterday. A big one. I still managed to get everything done before and after my extraction appointment and am still going strong today. I feel as if my lifestyle at this point has helped with my healing, especially eating so much protein. This revelation is motivation to keep me going.

Anyone else consider fitness a hobby?

I'm struggling with something internally, and I don't know why. I've been working out in and out of the gym for going on 14 years, off and on depending on life. I'm even a certified personal trainer with NASM, but I only train a few people on my own.

These days, I find myself going to the gym or working out just to stave off boredom and I enjoy it. I look forward to it. For some reason though, it feels like because I'm trying to lose weight (my BMI is considered just barely obese), it can't be a hobby. Like, it has to be a "journey" or I'm just trying to reach a goal. But I watch videos, research, try classes, and generally enjoy fitness.

Anyone else feel this way, or am I overthinking?

My partner and I have had the same conversation over and over about how we wish there were sidewalks, bike lanes, and pedestrian bridges/crosswalks on 26 between 65 and wherever it stops before Sagamore. It's just so dangerous and sad, especially when we see bus stops basically in the ditch on the side of the road.

Does anyone else feel this way? What are the steps to getting a solution to this?

We also think there should be a consistent sidewalk on Frontage road with all the hotels and restaurants right there.

I walk and ride my bike on these roads regularly and feel like I'm going to get hit every time.
