1995 10 dollar error? Hopefully lol

The treasury logo is sliding down, don’t know if it was on the right place when it was printed but it’s sagging a bit now that it’s getting a little older.

It’s 1995, in pretty good condition for a regular circulated bill from 95. Just in ordering if someone could confirm that it is in fact a genuine error and maybe approximate value, thanks

1995 10 dollar error? Hopefully lol

I’ve actually had this for like a month and just realized the error lol. My girl got it as a tip at a restaurant and gave it to me to save just cus of the age and I just started getting into collecting coins and currency. The other day I noticed that the treasury logo is way off, not a massive error but still an error regardless. Conditions pretty good for its age, not super damaged or anything. Since I’m new to this i don’t really have a clue about what grade it would likely get if it was graded, also prices for errors seem to be all over the place. Anyone have an idea on value? I’m saving it regardless just cus its cool, it might not be over face value but it would be a lot cooler if it was 😂

I’d like to start but have a question or two

When buying silver (or any PM as I’m sure it’s probably the same rule) what’s a reasonable amount to pay? I haven’t really been looking super in depth but it seems like everything is priced OVER the current market price or melt price ow whatever it’s referred to (idk if melt and market prices are different). Is that normal? do you guys usually pay over the current price by a small amount and then hope to sell when it’s over the current price, therefor recouping that small fee along with (hopefully) profit?

Or is there some secret to the game that I’m unaware of where you pay UNDER the market price.

I remember years and years ago I had a few very thin gold or silver chains that I was selling to a pawn shop. The guy said that since they were from Walmart it was cheap garbage even tho it was 14k or 10k or whatever it was, but worth less since they use blah blah blah (I don’t remember what his explanation was but it ended with “so I can only pay….”) . Is that true? Or if something is 925, or 14k etc than that’s what it is correct? There’s no “cheap” 925 it’s either 925 or it’s not, right?

Thanks guys, any tip or info would be appreciated, thank you!

Interesting serial numbers

Anyone know if these are any good ones? The first picture are what I think are called “radars” BUT they’re all off by a number or two

The next picture is gas station numbers but very slightly and not real drastic, also on the bill that ends in 6033, the 3’s ink is kinda smudged and then there’s that stray green dot up above the zero, idk if that makes it valuable or not

And the third picture are some star notes and a pretty low serial number twenty.

Thanks for looking! Any info or if anyone knows if they are worth any thing more than face value that would be helpful and appreciated. Thanks

Anything special?

I know you senior members must be sick of posts like this(people posting pictures of crappy coins they find and asking if they’re worth a million bucks). I got a big ole bucket of change that I’ve been digging through and these are some of the Pennies I’ve found. , I just thought that the numbers just kinda seemed odd, idk what it is but they just stuck out to me lol

Possible Nickel error ?

It looks as if the image is off center or a double edge or something behind “liberty *1982”
Any info would be appreciated!

Got these two, no info on them but great condition

I’ve never seen them or at least never noticed them ever before. If anyone knows any info or value or if they have some sort of nickname or something would be appreciated. I’ll keep them even if they’re worth face value just cause they’re not your everyday penny.

Found this bad boy in my change jar

It’s obviously not perfect but condition isn’t horrible. I just got into collecting and was super excited to see a “w”. Anyone have an idea on value and would sending it out for grading be worth it? Thanks!

2005 buffalo nickel clad error

Ive read about a clad error with these buffalo nickels, but I wasn’t sure if this was one, it looks similar to the photo I saw online. The other nickel is just to show comparison.

Also the penny looks like a clip error but is there a sure fire way of knowing it’s an actual error and not damage done after it was minted.

I’m new to this (clearly) just trying to learn what as much as I can, thanks
