Fidgety baby while sleeping

Hey!

So my LO is two months old and I have found she is very fidgety when sleeping - it’s not REM sleep. This mostly occurs after a feed when she goes back into her cot. She will bash her hands around for hours - anyone else??

I am unable to sleep as not only is she very loud I get concerned somthing is wrong so I keep watching to see if she needs me.

Things to do in corfu with a baby

Hey! So myself and my husband are going on our first holiday since we have had our daughter. We will be going in October to celebrate my 30th and have picked corfu as after some research this was coming up as one of the best places for babies.
Our daughter will be 7 months old when we go, has anyone got any recommendations of what to do or experiences of travelling to Greece with a LO?

Also, what do people do for taxis? Do they provide a car seat or can you go without? I will be looking into getting a travel buggy

My in-laws are ruining my marriage

I have been married for three years. My relationship has never been great with my in-laws as they have always been very frosty with me and liked the other DIL better. For context, I lived with my in-laws for a year and then me and my husband bought our own house which my in-laws hated. They have always branded me as a trouble maker who has taken away their son. My MIL has said some outlandish things in the past such as “divorce her.” Anyways, I recently had a baby and my in-laws treated me awfully. My birth was very traumatic and I got sepsis where I nearly died. My in-laws continued to treat me like rubbish during this time which hurt a lot as I went through the worst time in my life and they made it much worse especially my MIL.

Fast forward two months now and my in-laws especially my MIL continue to nit pick and slander me. They have completely froze me out and just speak to my husband. My MIL has made it clear to my husband that she wants just him and my daughter to visit and I am not welcome - my husband has told her this is not on and he won’t be doing that however, my MIL is trying her absolute hardest to split us up and it has caused arguments in our house which I hate as we haven’t been able to enjoy our newborn bubble.

I am finding it difficult to not allow my MILs/ FILs comments affect me and my relationship. As I not no contact but low contact atm. I am going to my in-laws house tomorrow as it is my MILs birthday so my husband told me to come to “keep the peace” but my peace is not being kept. What do I do??

So the last few nights my baby (7 weeks) keeps on rubbing her eyes excessively and thrashing around. It seems to happen around 3/4am - she is not in REM sleep. She seems to be overtired and trying to get back to sleep but struggles to do so. Has anyone else experienced this with their LO. Did anything help to stop them rubbing their eyes excessively and put them back to a peaceful sleep?
