Arranged marriages

Is it wrong and shallow and arrogant to reject a man just because I don’t find him physically attractive ? Is it wrong to want to be physically attracted to the person I marry?

Every time I turn down a man because I don’t like his looks, my parents make me feel guilty. They say looks don't matter and that his good actions will make me accept him over time. But I know myself…..I can't force physical attraction. The idea of being touched by someone I don't find attractive disgusts me. I already tried it in college. I tried so hard to like a guy who was really kind and caring towards me, but the romantic feelings never came.

My family also uses my past engagement against me. Even though my ex was average looking to everyone else, he was the most handsome man in the world in my eyes (That alone proves I’m not looking for a supermodel…I just need to find him attractive to me) When he turned out to be a terrible person, my parents used that to claim my judgment is bad. They now think attractive men are always bad people and average looking men( whom I reject) are the good ones.

I don't care about society standards ,I just want to be attracted to him myself!!!!! Am I thinking about this all wrong? Am I going to end up alone because I keep rejecting these chances? Should I just give in and go with the flow? or keep waiting? and if I wait, how long am I supposed to wait when I’m in my mid twenties?

My ex’s ghost on spotify

Hey so you know how when Spotify first introduced the DM feature and many of us got songs sent from our exes and people said it was just a glitch because we used to send them song links? I didn’t want to be delusional so I went with that theory, but a few days ago I got another song from him and this song is brand new!! So I just want to know…am I tweaking or is he actually trying to break no contact? Has this happened to anyone else?

Can people with professional accounts see who visited their profile?

I’ve been casually checking (stalking maybe) a Facebook account for a few months. I never interacted with the account at all…no likes, comments, messages or friend request. I’m not even fully sure if the account was in professional mode but im just guessing since I was able to follow it without being friends.

Recently, the account suddenly stopped appearing in search bar and I couldn’t find it anywhere so I assumed it was deactivated but when I searched for it from another account, the profile was still there and active.

Now I’m confused!! Does this mean they blocked my account specifically? And if so, how would they even know I was viewing their profile if I never interacted with anything? Can people on Facebook somehow see who checks their public profile or is there another explanation? This is so embarrassing please don’t tell me I got caught
