I’m looking for a season-long anthology podcast. I chose the True Crime flair, but there’s a big caveat - I’ve recently had a death in my family so I’m trying to avoid specifically murder podcasts. If there’s some death here and there that’s fine, but I don’t want it to be the center of the podcast. Especially not serial killers. I love scams and manipulation type stuff.

E-Lies-Abeth (good story but I did not like the format. Especially the weird AI voices reading texts back and forth for 15 mins at a time even though the host had just told you what the texts said. I fast forwarded through a lot)

The Messenger (same issues as E-Lies-Abeth with the damn AI voices. They started in the second season. I only listened to about 2 episodes and abandoned it because of it)

I was listening to the podcast Strictly Stalking and about 3/4 of the way through it, I figured out it was Vanessa, Louie’s ex! Admittedly I kinda dropped off of NJ before Louie entered the picture, so I didn’t know anything about this story. It wasn’t until she mentioned Teresa (by saying his new wife is a woman known for flipping tables and a big part of the RH franchise) that I put two and two together. It’s the first time she’s spoken publicly since the NDA ran out (according to her, not sure when it was recorded) and there’s a lot of interesting stories. I had no idea what a scumbag he is. It makes me really concerned for T. I do not like or respect her at *all*, but no one deserves the treatment Louie’s exes went through.

It’s the most recent episode. Her full name is in the description so people more clued in than I should recognize it right away.
