Field Tech Labour Laws BC

Specifically Pest tech but could apply to many field texhnicians

I can't find anything regarding labour laws covering Field Service technicians.

Specifically 2 things

1 - I get paid by revenue generated (or jobs completed) per hour. An arbitrary # set by management. However - We also have go to businesses when emergency issue arrise. We do not get paid for this.

2 - once every 2 months, we are on call from 5 PM Friday to 9 am Monday. Have to answer emails for emergencies, go to business if necessary. Again - zero compensation.

I literally can't find anything anywhere about legality of this, nor anything in BC Employment Standards

Would appreciate any guidance or directiom

Replacement screenshot app?

Anyone recommend a good screenshot app? Would like the ability to scroll for a longer page, or longer website. The ability to edit quickly with the basics (markup, text, other handy tools but don't need a plethora of them), maybe fully replace the built-up one (I have shizuku, maybe I could root but been awhile)

Nouns but not needed - all screenshots in its own folder, maybe even a private folder that isn't in the gallery - or an option either way. Maybe the ability to tags/organize screenshots?

Thanks for any tips and suggestions in advance.
