New shoes for the Aspero!
Excited to rip these around. Never ridden carbon rims before, hoping for a good improvement over the stock Alex Rims that are insanely heavy.

I noticed after my ride today my seat post had slipped down. I had it torqued to the correct factory setting and had carbon paste on. I take my seat post out and see this either carbon or lamination hanging off. I did a tap test and everything sounded fine. It’s just this one little tag hanging out.
Already back in the hotel. My wice will be with her boyfriend tonight that’s for sure!
Aspero number 2. This color is insane in person, excited to upgrade it!
I was hit by a car a few days ago on my Cervelo Aspero. Bikes at a LBS for a crash survey, but I suspect with the carbon frame it will be called a loss. Tentatively, I have been poking around at other options and the SuperX 3 has caught my eye. Only thing is, I’m having issues with finding people who own one and have things to say about it? I ride a good mix of pavement and gravel.
So curious if anyone here has an X3 and for their honest opinions on the bike. I really loved my Aspero and would happily get another one, but I know there are newer offerings out there now for the same price range. Thanks!
I was hit by a car yesterday on my Aspero. The rims are destroyed, handlebar snapped in half, and front fork is very scuffed. I can’t see any structural damage to the frame itself. I dropped my bike off at my LBS and Cervelo AD for a crash survey. Should I expect them to call it a complete loss? I was in the middle of training for Unbound, now probably won’t have a bike for weeks. It sucks. Anyone who has dealt with this before, any advice is greatly appreciated.
