Doing good overall, but a struggle with waking up early at the consistent time — advice needed.

Hello everyone, I have made really good progress with Somatic Experiencing, and I've slowly started stretching and doing strength training every other day, which almost always makes me cry, especially the stretches in my lower back. Somatic meditations have been really helpful, but I really struggle with waking up early in the morning.

When I was a child, my parents would fight a lot, and I'd rather keep on sleeping than to wake up, and watch their fights. This continued for a very long time, and slowly, I found my solace in sleep. I'd miss the university classes, just to have a nap in the morning often.

I'd like to really change it.

I take Magnesium Bisglycinat, and I'm also going to start taking Ashwagandha soon.

I also try to walk daily for 30 to 40 minutes.

What helps you get out of bed in the morning? Sometimes, I'm really hard on myself, but also, it's not in my control; like this thing is super super hard, and I can't just do it based on the will.

I'd really appreciate any advice or a sympathetic comment.

Edit: I do have a job, and I'm also taking up some short courses, but all of them are remote and don't really need me to wake up early.

Someone else having problems with the Pakistani location

Earlier, I used to open Tapmad from Pakistan, and it used to work really well, but now, it says the location is from Canada.

YouTube shows the Pakistani location, but from Tapmad it's different.

The other locations are workign well: Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, India, but with Pakistan, it's the issue.

Sadness & Sports(or any activity that changes my breathing)

I have been doing sports for many years, and I was good at it. Though I was mostly dissociated, I'd do sports for hours and become really tired.

Lately, for the past few months, I have been doing Somatic Experiencing sessions, and these sessions have brought up a lot of memories & sensations, especially the tightness in the chest, and now even though I do very little sports, I feel very uncomfortable afterwards.

I'm thinking of relying ONLY on walks, and some cycling, and no more activities where I have to exert a lot of force.

Does anyone have similar experiences to share?
