Just a rant about lack of OW options in Europe

I am blind and travel with a guide dog. I am looking at SEA-LAS-BER-BRU-SEA next month and other than BA through LHR, there are no realistic options. LHR is a no go for me with a guide dog because of the ridiculous paperwork. Finnair Skycouch is the best business class because my dog can lie down under the seat when it is flat and I also can sleep. ON pretty much all other airline business class seats, I just have to sit up because there is no room under the seat. I also have been doing BER-DUB-SEA on my way back because of US preclearance but it almost feels like Aerlingus days are numbered. Anyway, just ranting...

St Pancras London

I staid here a while ago and liked the convenience. But haven't been there in over 7 years. The GF and I are spending 4 nights at the end of this month and was thinking about booking this. But it says during booking that Marriott Bonvoy upgrades are not eligible? Any recent Ambassador member experiences? Should I look at other options in the city? From what I recall, the rooms were pretty small in this hotel.

Aloe Vera and Prelief treatments

I (45M) have been having urinary burn/pelvic pain flair up on and off few a couple of years now. It seems to be mostly when I have GI issues like spicy food. I am trying to figure out what is triggering. In the last year or so, the flair ups have gotten worse and I was having trouble passing urine during the flair ups. They treated me for a couple of infections including ureaplasma a few months ago. But nothing seems to have helped. In November last year, it got to a point where I just couldn't hold my urine any longer on the street. The urologist first tried tamsulosin for prostrate enlargement but that didn't really help. But then she switched me to tadalafil 5mg daily dose. This is definitely helping with urinary flow. But the urinary burn continues and even a small gastro flair up like slightly spicy food brings the severe urinary burn and pain back. I am also using MiraLAX for better bowl movement (recommended by a gastro specialist) in case constipation is causing the pressure on the bladder.

Anyway, my urologist thinks there is bladder irritation and that I should try Aloe vera and/or Prelief tablets to see if either of those help before any serious procedures. I found the Desert Harvest SSA tablets as they seem to be removing Aloin which may cause gastro intestinal issues. My urologist didn't recommend Desert Harvest SSA in particular. She just told me to try off the counter aloe vera or prelief. but I thought I probably shouldn't upset my GI more. Has anyone used Desert Harvest and had success with it? I am thinking I will start with aloe vera first before trying Prelief. Thanks in advance for any information.

P.s: yes I am trying to avoid triggering foods, drinking a lot of water, etc.

[Landlord US-CA] furnishing an addition

Hi All, I am looking for tips on what kind of furniture to buy for my ADU. I want to rent it as furnished for the college term for visiting professors and such. Not interested in Airbnb. I already have a good queen bed and mattress and a Ikea Sleeper sofa. I need patio furniture for the backyard and the deck upstairs. Also a dresser for the bedroom and a small dinette with two chairs. Plus cookware and utensils and such for the kitchenette. Where do I look for these? Costco / Ikea? Anything specific that folks who rent out furnished homes recommend? I will get linens, etc as well.

Lisbon recommendations

We are planning to spend a few days in Lisbon in the end of July / beginning of August. We want a few days in the city and a few days on the coast somewhere like Cascais. Do folks have any recommendations for the city Marriott properties. We want to be able to easily walk/take transit. I am blind and have a guide dog and my fiancé is Brazilian and so can speak Portuguese. Walking/transit is not a problem.

No AC in Westin Grand Berlin rooms

I always stay here when I visit berlin for work. Over 45 nights already this year. Generally love the hotel but I can't get over the fact that they don't have AC working in their rooms. It is 31 C / 87 F today in Berlin and I couldn't sleep because it is too hot. I tried opening window but my room (supposed upgrade for an Ambassador) faces Unter Den Linden which is a super busy avenue in the city and the emergency vehicles sirens keep blowing all night. Now I am aware that most homes in Germany don't have AC but this is supposed to be a high-end hotel. I complained to the front desk on Sunday about the room being too warm.. They gave me a portable cooling fan but that thing basically blows warm air around. I set the thermostat to 5 degrees C which is the lowest it would go. No cold air from the AC vent at all. Seriously considering staying at a different Marriott next time. Did anyone experience this? Is no AC a common thing for Berlin hotels?
