[Landlord US-CA] furnishing an addition

Hi All, I am looking for tips on what kind of furniture to buy for my ADU. I want to rent it as furnished for the college term for visiting professors and such. Not interested in Airbnb. I already have a good queen bed and mattress and a Ikea Sleeper sofa. I need patio furniture for the backyard and the deck upstairs. Also a dresser for the bedroom and a small dinette with two chairs. Plus cookware and utensils and such for the kitchenette. Where do I look for these? Costco / Ikea? Anything specific that folks who rent out furnished homes recommend? I will get linens, etc as well.

Lisbon recommendations

We are planning to spend a few days in Lisbon in the end of July / beginning of August. We want a few days in the city and a few days on the coast somewhere like Cascais. Do folks have any recommendations for the city Marriott properties. We want to be able to easily walk/take transit. I am blind and have a guide dog and my fiancé is Brazilian and so can speak Portuguese. Walking/transit is not a problem.

No AC in Westin Grand Berlin rooms

I always stay here when I visit berlin for work. Over 45 nights already this year. Generally love the hotel but I can't get over the fact that they don't have AC working in their rooms. It is 31 C / 87 F today in Berlin and I couldn't sleep because it is too hot. I tried opening window but my room (supposed upgrade for an Ambassador) faces Unter Den Linden which is a super busy avenue in the city and the emergency vehicles sirens keep blowing all night. Now I am aware that most homes in Germany don't have AC but this is supposed to be a high-end hotel. I complained to the front desk on Sunday about the room being too warm.. They gave me a portable cooling fan but that thing basically blows warm air around. I set the thermostat to 5 degrees C which is the lowest it would go. No cold air from the AC vent at all. Seriously considering staying at a different Marriott next time. Did anyone experience this? Is no AC a common thing for Berlin hotels?
