A wee bitty after sunrise this morning in NE Scotland.

We walked up the coastline and didn't meet a single soul.

NE Scotland early this morning.

We wandered up the coast and didn't meet a single soul. It was so peaceful.

HRT tablets vs the gel?

Been taking Zumenon in tablet form for nearly 30 years without any problems after an entire hysterectomy. Doc wants to now move me onto a gel form because tablets are delivered through the liver and they have concerns that this 'could' cause problems in older ladies. She offered me a gel, patch or spray as 'safer' alternatives and I chose the gel. I haven't started it yet but wondered if anyone else could give some advice.

Looking for advice with hair products please.

I'm 63. Had long and healthy hair all of my life but got it cut into a shoulder length bob about six months ago. It's been dry, flyaway and brittle ever since. I would love some advice on good shampoos and conditioners to buy that would help to nourish it. I usually just buy mine at the supermarket. Thank you.

Trying to find an old chilli and corriander condiment recipe please.

Many years ago a neighbour gave me a glass jar of green stuff that he had made. His instructions were that it should be placed on a sunny window sill and turned daily. It was delish. I would spread it on sandwiches, put it on the side of my dinner plate and even drop a bit into a fried egg as it was cooking. As far as I can remember it had green chillies, ginger, garlic, lots of coriander and some kind of oil. They had all been blended together. Does anyone know of such a recipe? I would like to know what kind of oil would have been used please? Would it all have been cooked first or put into the oil raw? Thank you in advance for any advice.

Thank you NHS Scotland.

Husband had a urine infection that didn't clear up after a round of antibiotics and it came back. His doc referred him yesterday, Wednesday and he has a prostate exam appointment on Tuesday. Our NHS service is delivering the goods here.

Helmsdale harbour in Scotland.

Spent such a peaceful hour on the left hand side of Helmsdale harbour on Sunday. Didn't meet a single soul and it recharged my batteries to full capacity.
