Welp… I have Lyme & EBV. Where do I go from here…

For the past few months I have been in a whirlwind of different symptoms and emotional states. I finally got a vibrant lab tested by my functional dr and I tested positive for the 3Bs, and EBV.

I would love to know what has helped everyone here. I am posting my results as well as treatment plan by the dr. I think it’s a good plan, but I am afraid of the die off since my body is so sensitive. Any suggestions and tips are welcome.

I have 3 young children and I really need to get back to a better baseline. 🥹

Spiritual Encounter with Different versions of myself

So I’ve been recently going through chronic health issues for the last few months…I think autoimmune. Idk.

Anyways.

Today I went to a TCM dr and we went over my symptoms and history.. she mentioned broken heart syndrome from a previous trauma I had 10 years ago. I lost a baby through medical malpractice and since then I’ve had POTS. I couldn’t believe that was still affecting me. But she pointed to exactly where it hurts without telling her anything and correlated some of my symptoms with my tongue.

Once I started the did the acupuncture and left me alone in the room, I started having visions of myself in all of the different versions I have been, and yet to be. Baby me, young me (7), teenage me, married me, current me, 50 year old me and like 80 year old me.

They were all surrounding me, not saying anything but it was almost like they were praying over me. I had my eyes closed and as soon as I opened them tears came down my eyes. I had never seen the older version of myself before.

I don’t know how to interpret this. But it felt healing in some way.

Any insight?
