Newly acquired cordless screwdriver

These things turn taking apart a chassis, into quick work. Just ease up on your grip and it will not over torque anything, it will spin in your hands. Everyone still doing this by hand should consider one of these.

1/10 short course truck class popularity?

Over 12 years ago I bought a team associated SC10 4x4. I drove it for several years. But then it’s been abandoned shelf queen for the last ~8 years. The biggest issue it had was a bad servo stopping it from turning one direction. 2 weeks ago I bought a new servo for it and it’s revived. And I’ve fallen back in love with it. The only other thing I ever did to this truck repair wise was a front differential rebuild. Because it was clicking. It still rips with my 5000mah 2s batteries. Works great. No complaints. But as fallen back in love with a truck ive realized I can no longer find any parts. eBay calls the parts for these “vintage. I saw one parts lot on eBay that contains a rear differential rebuild rebuild kit… which isn’t even new, so the lister says. I never raced mine. But it was always something i wanted to try. Just didn’t live close enough to a track.

What short course truck should I buy now? Does everyone just race slashes? Or is a big number of them tekno 410? The tekno kits are unreasonably priced in my eyes, to not even include any electronics, and be a kit.

TLDR. What trophy truck chassis is the bread and butter today? Does everyone race slashes? Tekno 410?

Thoughts?

Check your local tractor supply

Check your local tractor supply for discount display tools. Mine didn’t have a real good price but maybe yours does. Also. The box was damaged for this construction jack so they had it marked for $49.99!
