Atella vs Advintage vs Steele & Jones vs other (HJ etc)

Looking to purchase a Indy hat in the near future. Initially found Atella online then went down the rabbit hole. Don’t have a particular movie/scene hat I am looking for. I grew up watching the Last Crusade more than the rest for no particular reason so it has a special place for me but I love raiders too. I have done some research/googling and watched some comparison videos but wondered what people thought here. I am located in the US if that matters. Budget ideally less than $500 but not a hard budget. Beaver is more appealing because it can be rolled/folded from my understanding more than rabbit and was what the original move hats were made out of so Atellas beaver is probably too expensive ($750). TIA

Indiana Jones inspired tiki drink

I’m looking for an Indiana Jones inspired tiki drink to have tonight while watching Raiders in honor of its 45th anniversary (belated I know). I’ve searched here, google, and Facebook tiki recipes group and didn’t find much. I did find one called Fortune and Glory from shaker and spirits (actually found two different recipes for this but I am missing some ingredients). I found another from Jock Lindsay’s hanger bar called the Cool headed monkey but I don’t have mandarin liqueur. I might just do the Inferno Room zombie as I’ve never had their version and I have everything to make it. I have most usual tiki ingredients and syrups. TIA!

Paris Rum suggestions

I’m in Paris for the next 3 days, I’ve already been to Rhum Excellence (seemed like a great selection and guy working was super helpful and let me taste some rums). I bought a 11 yr Port Mourant that was very good right at €100. I have also marked other stores to go to (A Rhum, Le Maison du Whiskey). I’m not a big sipper, more of a tiki guy but interested in some rums I can’t get in the states that I could use in cocktails or for a nice Mai Tai/rum old fashioned. I like most types of rum but not a huge fan of clairins/agricole (I know that’s What French rums mostly are). Sub €100 would be ideal. Thanks!
