Avans 15% La Promisiune?

Salut,

Nu vorbesc Romana prea bine. Va rog sa intelegeti.

Am gasit un apartament potrivit de la un dezvoltator si voi da un avans de 30% in total. Lucrez cu o banca pentru a finanta 70% din tranzactie.

Banca vrea promisiunea pentru analiza lor, dezvoltatorul vrea minim 15% avans din prima dupa semnarea contractului de promisiune.

Am intrebat ce se intampla daca platesc avansul si la sfarsit, banca nu finanteaza restul?

Ce parere aveti despre raspunsul dezvoltatorului?

How did you train to win more gun fights in this game?

I have about 1000 hours but I lose probably around 60% of my fights or more.

Even if I get the jump on players or am sneaking, my aim is a little rough and I miss the first couple of shots. My hand is stiff on the mouse and I panic I guess. I have a hard time tracking players and if they zig zag, I miss pretty badly.

What have you done in the past to meaningfully improve your shooting in PVP fights? Any recommendations?

I had three turrets around my base, each inside of a pod with the two side walls being one chainlink fence, and a chainlink fence gate.

Some player just walked up to the pod and put a ladder where the two edges of the pod meet to form a corner. They shot at him, but the bullets didn’t pass through the chainlink fence gate.

All turrets were online and tested by deauthorizing my duo. They shot him and did damage.

Do chainlink fence gates not allow bullets/projectiles to pass through?? How did he get a ladder on there lol?
