Just finished

I just finished these with colored pencil. I practiced form and highlight and lighting. The coloring book is so cute! I want to do a series of coloring them. One thing I think that’s lacking is I think the green part could have been better but people said it looked good this way. How do you think the rendering looks? I’m trying to get better.

Finished

The original flash tattoo was by an artist on insta. I’m only saying this because I don’t want to take credit for the actual drawing. I traced and colored it. What do you guys think any criticism?

The crystal ball

This one was fun to color and makes me think of a dungeon master for dnd. I think the best part of the piece has to be the crystal ball I did new things and had fun with it

Help

Ok so this is a piece I’m putting a lot of effort into. The background has taken more hours than one would think. I’m just saying this so people know where I’m coming from. I had an idea of where the light was in the piece but now looking at it I’m not sure. I’m working on his jacket next and don’t want to completely ruin the piece. I’ve posted two photos one without the pencils and one with. Do you guys think where I put the pencils is where the light is? Or am I off ?

Mermaid

I actually really like how this turned out. The best parts are the tail and the hair.

My sister got me a color by number book. This is something I would never buy but it was really sweet. It also gives me a book I can turn my brain off to and just color. I don’t think it turned out too bad but really how bad can color by number turn out.
