Photographer

Hi! We will be in Vail at the end of the month and I am looking for a photographer to take some pictures of my family. (Myself, husband and 2 year old). Not looking for a super long session as we have a toddler and also not wanting to spend an insane amount! Please let me know if anyone is interested or has any suggestions. Thank you!!

Did the misoprostol not work?

I took the mife at my appointment yesterday and then took my first dose of miso 6 hours later vaginally. I had no pain and light spotting. 4 hours after that I took my next dose buccally and swallowed what was left after 30 minutes. That was about 24 hours ago now. I have had bleeding like a period. No cramping, no clots. Probably used 2 maxi pads today. Is this normal? The nurse on call says to call the clinic tomorrow and they’ll probably want to do a follow up but it was 4 hours away out of state. I have no idea what to do.

Edit I was 6 weeks along

Nervous about Misoprostol

Travelled out of state today to planned parenthood for a MA. Sad because I do want to be pregnant, but I am pregnant with twins and cannot carry them due to my own risk factors. (Almost died delivering my son 18 months ago at 34 weeks). Though difficult, I know it’s the right decision for my family right now. I took the meds at the clinic at 11:00am and she said I could take the 4 miso vaginally in 6 hours and then to take the other 4 4 hours later. I took 800mg ibuprofen, zofran, and one oxycodone. I have a towel down on my bed and a heating pad. Ate dinner. Have pads and diapers ready. I’m so scared and nervous. Any support or advice appreciated. I just want to get past this and I hope I will feel relief soon..

Edit to add I am 6 weeks 1 day.

High HCG numbers? I’m so scared

Hello, first time poster. I have PCOS. I’m 29.. I don’t ovulate on my own at all except maybe once a year. I conceived my son on letrozole with a trigger shot. There were 2 mature follicles at the time of trigger and I conceived just a singleton (him). I developed severe HELLP syndrome and delivered him 6 weeks early via emergency c section. I then had a chemical pregnancy in February when I ovulated on my own and had no idea. Now I’m pregnant after doing letrozole and ovidrel trigger shot again (2 follicles at time of trigger again). I took estrogen to help with lining and I’ve been on progesterone since ovulation. I’m now freaking out about my high hcg numbers. Are these normal? I’m terrified of carrying multiples as this would be extremely risky given my history. I know you can’t confirm anything until ultrasound but my anxiety is so horrible I can barely function. I don’t know what to think or do. I want to feel excited and happy but this makes me terrified.

Current HCG
10 DPO: 26
12 DPO: 105
16 DPO: 689
18 DPO: 1565

My progesterone has been between 54-38.9 (I’m on 200mg vaginal suppositories)

Last pregnancy HCG numbers:

14 DPO: 35
17 DPO: 145
21 DPO: 741
24 DPO: 2811

My progesterone ranged from 25-29 (I was on 100mg compounded vaginal progesterone)

Any advice or insight appreciated.
