Need build advice to lock the deal

This is going to be my first PC! So I am a Mechanical Engineering student whose main reason to build a pc is for productivity (Solidworks, Ansys, Catia, etc.)

I love playing games too, so I am trying to get a pc that can run games smoothly on 2k and the one that can last for 5-7 years. My main game preferences are Openworld, soulslike, and other story heavy games. I don't need crazy fps, 90-120 are more than enough for me.

These are the builds my local store suggested, **DW THE RAM IN THE RYZEN BUILD IS 16gb DDR5 5600MZ** It's a typo.

I've decided to go with RX 9060 XT because of the 16 gigs of VRAM it provides, although I'd love an Nvidia card, but a good one costs a fortune.

The thing I'm unsure about is the CPU, should I go with AMD for upgradability and low power consumption or should I go with intel for better single core performance during productivity. Ik this is the last Intel CPU for current socket but it's not like I'll have to change my CPU in a year, but Intel's current track record hasn't been so great either so idfk

Also, is the RAM and SSD good, I did look them up, they're not bad but some people have said they faced certian issues. So I'd like to get your advice.

Thanks for helping :)

Movie so trash even Alpha looks better than this😭😭✌️

I like how the makers mastered the art of delivering more and more cringe through out these promos.

Seriously though, wtf was this crap??? Forget the obviously shitty looking visuals. Why are they so saturated? Everything is just so CLEAN and POLISHED that it doesn't even feel realistic anymore.

The dialogues are beyond corny. And ofc we have over the top action and lots of women to objectify haha.

This feels like another Pushpa 2 in the making.

Is it just me or this was way too corny?

The dialogues are just way too cheesy and let's not talk about the obviously weird looking visuals. The last shot might just be the fakest shit I've watched today.

The actresses are just gonna be there for Yash's character to lust for and maybe a few action scenes. The action also looks like the typical mass type.

This was kinda meh. Is this what an average smut read looks like?

[TOMT] Help me find this YouTube channel.

Solved! The channel name is Skycorp.

So basically, I came across this channel a few years back. It was a comedy channel. I only saw a small number of their vids which followed a similar theme (or atleast that's what was happening in those vids, not sure about others)

I remember one video in particular. A room, with the narrator on his computer. The narrator talking about things online when another guy contradicted his point. He read the reply and said something, "What should we reply?", and would narrate the options as they appeared onto our screen. There were 3 or 4 options, most being resonable except for one, which was the most vile and unhinged. He would always pick the most unhinged one. Anyways, later in the vid, he realised that he couldn't possibly win the arguement and decided to prove that the other guy was a Sex Offender and even made a webpage for it with the person's photo. The video was around 5-10 mins. The narrator had a calm voice during the entire video and would look at the camera (us) while talking. The video, as of now, could be around 7-10 years old and the channel itself appeared to be quite popular (might be around a million subs now, not sure tho)

Another one of their vid was about "How to talk to girls online" or smtg like that.

The narrator, white male, possibly in and around their 30s. He had short to medium sized hair (could be black/brown/blonde), no other facial hair. He wore glasses with thin frames. He spoke in English, probably American/Canadian, could be British or Australian.

Idk if this description is enough. I tried searching online and asked some AIs too but it didn't work out.

Thanks!
