I had a gastric bypass in 2021 and lost 8 stone. I still have about 5 to lose but for the last 2 years I havent lost a single pound and I gained half a stone in the last few months so I decided to start. I'm due to take the last dose of my first 2.5 tomorrow and I'm down 9.5lbs. I am DELIGHTED with myself. Anyone else post sleeve or bypass here? I'm wondering is the restriction any better? I ordered another 2.5 because it seems to bendoing the job

Edit: good traffic flow speed, no space to safely move into left lane, dickbag came bombing up behind me me at easily 160 prior to having to slow down then made dangerous merge just to get in front to brake check

I am BEYOND burnt out. I cant go back to work, and I am starting a part time course in September but ita only in person once a month.

I am wondering how to others have pulled themselves out of carers burn out? I'm not someone that can naturally stay indoors I'm very social even though I'm quiet, and this is just killing me. They are 8 6 and 4, and I love them deadly but jesus fucking christ being a stay at home mam is harder than any job I have ever had to do.

I've been on hrt and the coil and havent found it useful, ive been prescribed decapeptyl injections, I'm just wondering how people found them?

Am I broken? I take 70mg tyvanse and a 30mg booster in the afternoon and I STILL get really overwhelmed when I try to clean and it ends up not happening or I can but then just end up really annoyed and have a meltdown
