Added Some Controversial “Conversation Starter” Pieces to the Collection

Had the opportunity to buy these 3 pieces and couldn’t resist. They’ve all been Sigma-Tested and verified as legitimate by my local dealer. I think they’re awesome pieces of history and I’ll never sell them.

Anyone else have any similar type pieces in their collection?

Small Personal Collection That Should Stop Growing

Acquired my first two fake American Silver Eagles from a somewhat sketchy account that thankfully has been refunded by eBay. Glad I didn’t have to learn that lesson the hard way. Thoughts or questions about the collection?

29M Recovering Stock Picker Transitioning to Index Funds

After 4 years of stock picking, I’ve accepted that I’m probably not going to outperform the S&P 500 over the long run. I had 35 individual stocks in June and am working toward 20 by year-end, then eventually ~10 high-conviction names. Everything I sell is going into VTI, VIG, and VXUS, with the index funds providing the diversification instead.
Goal is to eventually keep only GOOGL, AMZN, MSFT, ASML, DASH, MA, RTX, NOW, LLY, and TSM.

Which stock on this list would you sell first?

Brian Harman Looks Like a Munchkin From This Angle

No disrespect to one of the best putters on tour. It’s incredible that someone at his size is so consistently great.

Hit a Milestone Today the Boring Way (29M)

70% VOO, 20% VUG, 10% SWVXX (Emergency Cash Fund). I started investing in 2018. Lost what was a lot of money for me at the time in the 2018 bear market trading stocks and options. Switched to index funds in 2019 and never turned back. You don’t need to be clever or insightful to do well in a bull market.

Rate my Swing (9-Iron & Driver)

12 Handicap. Average Driver Carry is around 265 with about 115mph club head speed on average. Can play a fade consistently but I cannot hit a draw to save my life.

I struggle with lower back mobility so I have a really short backswing. What would you change about my swing to be more consistent with longer clubs?

Greatest Day of my Life

Could have been 81. Still reeling about the OB Drive and the Water Ball on 18 but even with that it was still the best round of my life by 3 strokes.

First Round of the Year… Top City All Day.

I can usually get my ball in the right direction with most shots but getting it in the air off the tee feels impossible. Any sort of mechanical adjustment only seems to make things worse.

Anyone know how to stop topping the ball so consistently? I’d be happy just popping the ball straight up in the air because the 2 inch carry I’m currently averaging isn’t doing anything for me.
