Is healing really possible?

Hi everyone! I’m looking to hear some success stories. I went through a traumatic experience 1.5 years ago and ever since I’ve had chronic nausea, bloating, acid reflux, anxiety, eye sensitivity, thyroid issues, potential celiac diagnosis, recurring sicknesses, etc.

Im struggling because my GI doctor said “some things are black and white and sometimes there is a grey area and unfortunately you might just be in the grey area”.

I want to try to heal myself. If anyone has any guidance, or even just a positive story, I’d so greatly appreciate it. ❤️

Thanks!

Almost astral projected by accident and got scared

Hi guys! So I’ve never been one to even remember my dreams but this week I had a strange experience.

I was listening to a sleep meditation at 3 am in attempt to fall back asleep and I stumbled upon one for astral projection. I’ve tried hypnosis in the past and never felt like I was actually being hypnotized, so I assumed I would also not be able to astral project especially since I’ve never even tried it.

Well as I was listening to the meditation on YouTube my mind started to see words and as I attempted to read the first sentence I started feeling heavy. Then I saw another sentence but this time the letters were all mixed up and jumbled. As I attempted to read them I felt myself slipping away. It’s hard to explain but my body felt super heavy and I almost felt like I was going through a tunnel. My body didn’t panic but my mind did and I had to focus extremely hard to connect to my body again. For a moment I felt as though I was experiencing sleep paralysis. Then, I connected again and was able to move my leg and open my eyes. But shortly after I felt myself slipping back into it. My mind panicked yet again and I struggled to stop the video.

Do you think this was the start of astral projection? I’m too nervous to try it again.

Anyone get delayed symptoms?

I recently found out I’m celiac. I never made the connection that gluten was my trigger because my reaction to it wasn’t immediate, so it felt like I just randomly had nausea, abdominal pain, etc

I’m just getting used to eating gluten free and accidentally had potato wedges without looking at the ingredients. I just assumed that it was potato but it turned out that they are coated in a batter made with wheat.

I had that on Friday and then last night was hit with diarrhea and nausea. I think it must be from the gluten I had the other day but I didn’t feel too bad until Sunday night!

Anyone else experience this?

3 year old refuses to poop

We’ve fully potty trained her with pee but she’s too scared to poop on the toilet. She has been saying “I don’t want to poop in my diaper” and crying but she freaks out if I put her on the toilet or suggest pooping on the potty. It’s been two days and I gave her a laxative.

Have any of you experienced this with your toddlers? Any advice?

Thanks!

Biopsy results with blood work negative for celiac

I feel like I’m being so annoying with posting here so much. Sorry guys! Just wanted some opinions on my biopsy results.

My GI doctor said I can’t be celiac because my blood test was negative, but this was the result from my biopsy.

Have any of you had similar results? Thanks, I’m spiralling lol. Just want to feel better so I can be a good mom to my kids. ❤️

Positive biopsy, negative bloodwork, much confusion

Hi!

So I had a gastroscopy in April and my GI doctor called me this week and expressed that he was very shocked that my biopsy for celiac disease came back positive. He said everything looked great when he did the procedure so these results were surprising. He sent me for bloodwork and said we’d see those results and take it from there.

Well, I received the bloodwork today and the results are negative!

For a year and a half I’ve had chronic nausea, bloating, abdominal pain, brain fog and worst of all anxiety & panic attacks. All of this started after I experienced something traumatic in my personal life, so I thought maybe it was all in my head.

Has anyone had negative bloodwork? What do I do from here? My GI doctor will call me this week to talk about next steps.

Hi guys!

I’m really struggling to potty train my daughter who turns 3 in a couple of months! She’s really resistant to use the potty. Sometimes I can get her to sit on it but she doesn’t seem to understand how to relax enough to pee. Like she hasn’t made that connection yet.

She straight up tells me she doesn’t want to use the potty because she loves her diaper lol.

Any tips would be appreciated ☺️
