Real cost of the FWA equipment?

Does anyone know about the real cost of the equipment provided by Jio and Airtel in their Airfiber connection?

When I searched a little bit about it I found that the equipment nearly cost about 14000 rupees insanely high compared to the plans they provide.

How do they even make up their cost of the equipment?

Every telco uses 48 core fiber underground for intercity or interstate connection, they mark their underground spots with pillar tags.

This makes up their core network connection.

These routes of the fibre connections are marked using a route marker made of RCC slab.

Like RJIL (Reliance jio industries limited).

But BSNL doesn't have any route marker hence their fibre cables are often broken by construction machines or earth movers.

Also in many cases BSNL core network cables are laid in open ground or electricity pole to pole often identified by an orange cable.

Hence BSNL faces many problems with its network.

Got this WhatsApp message today while I booked a FTTH connection for my home. I live in a rural area. Does it mean that the equipment or the router or the ONT is also free ?
