I lost by one turn. An Ai player was two turns away from victory. I was one turn away from finishing the Staffed Space Flight, but it stopped production. What happened?

I want to change the lightbulb in my right side rear signal light. I pulled out the bulb holder. I don’t know what to call it. It only had the top and bottom bulbs, no middle bulb. So I checked the other side and it also only had the two bulbs. I contacted the Mercedes and I’d rather not pay for them to poke around and find out that it’s just something normal. Because let’s be honest, I can change a ducking lightbulb. It’s a 2009 N. American Passion Edition. Is this normal that one ball does the breaking light, the night driving light, and the signal? Because everywhere I look, they said that there is a middle bulb, which there’s space for on the bulb holder. Also, if you can let me know which bulb it is, I’ve heard 7528, 1157, etc.
