Problem is there’s no clarity how to find jobs at this level, because she must go for higher positions like VP or maybe something better.

I’m 25, around 2 years of experience.
Tried building something of my own, worked at an early stage startup and now working in growth/sales role.
I’m getting decent money here but there’s no culture, no ownership and everything is micro managed.
Just want to work somewhere meaningful where my existence will make a difference and actually be there till the end.
Everywhere i have grasped the business in a few weeks and my rep is good but idk just the heart is not there.

So i recently joined a company (NBFC)- they are unique and sell ICDs- ICDs are short term loans from one company to another. term -(7 days to 365 day)
so they give much more interest rates between 9 to 13 percent. Now you can invest your surplus capital and get returns at that interest rate.
( only PVT LTD applicable and min- 5 Lakhs)
I want to ask what do companies generally do with surplus funds who will be used lets say 6 months later- FD? or let them just sit idle?

Also i want to research this as i want to understand how I can approach companies - and what do they actually currently do with their surplus funds.

Im applying for a few opportunities currently.
But everything is so bad. First you apply.
then the team will check resume after like a week and then they will have endless rounds like 3-4-5 rounds.
and out of 100-150 guys they select one.
The time wasted by an applicant is so much and so unfair.
And HRs need to step up and acknowledge every move.
Tired of this process so laying my profile out here.
- in current stint i did investor outreach from scratch for fundraising of couple of crores. Talked with Angels / VCs. Also helped establish relationships with prominent individuals and retailers in the industry.
Also did GTM, Market research and personal branding for founder
- Before this I had my own startup, Mostly i did Sales wherein i personally onboarded 200+ vendors.
Also trained interns wherein they onboarded 600+ vendors.
Had to drop that because monetisation was quite difficult than expected .
Also oversaw and did end to end website development and Market research.
- Worked in Corporate before this in project department, collaboration with cross functional teams and Business as usual.
I work great in Founder’s office / Sales / Relations.
