Got yelled at by a customer bc I couldn’t do a refund over the phone for moldy bread. She was angry since she “doesn’t usually shop in store”. Ma’am even if it wasn’t against policy, how am I supposed to do a refund without you RETURNING the item
This was after having to substitute 3 48 oz packs of sausage for several 16oz ones (multiple brands due to limited stock). Shop your damn self so you can get what you want ffs.
I just signed up for the pop up and am wondering if the arena will allow us to bring in merch from it. I’ll probably only get one tshirt and the lenticular vinyl (assuming it doesn’t sell out since I’m going at 2pm on the 19th ☹️). I know what the bag policy is but not sure since I’m not buying a tote bag or anything like that
