My first luteal phase since my sister died and I’m not doing well
My sister died unexpectedly two weeks ago. I have just entered my luteal phase and I’m having a very, very bad time. I knew it would be rough, but I don’t feel like I can make it through. I cant even stop crying long enough to eat or drink. I actually cried so hard my contact ripped in my eye. My poor boyfriend is getting the worst of it because I feel like I can’t burden my mom.
I feel so lost and sad and scared
I’ll take any advice to get through this
What is the funniest movie, tv show, book, podcast, or whatever that you have ever experienced?
I’m having a bad month. I need something funny to keep me distracted.
I think one of the funniest movies I’ve seen is Barb and Star Go to Vista Del Mar. It came out during Covid so most people haven’t heard of it.
This Carly Rae Jepsen shirt
I was dumb and bought the tour shirt instead and now I can’t find this one anywhere at all! I need a size medium or large.
Pastel plastic Party City bracelets or necklaces that resemble candy necklace
In the 90s and early 2000s Party City had these bracelets and/or necklaces in the party favor section that were matte pastel colors. I remember one had a ballerina on it and one was sea shells. There may have been more but those are the ones I remember most clearly.
My sister died on Sunday and these are one of the things I associate with our childhood. I want to find one to buy or at the very least just see a picture of one.
They were all plastic beads. Nothing dangling and no metal.
What’s the best hair mask or leave in conditioner at the dollar tree?
I’ve been in the pool every day this month and my hair is suffering the consequences!
I made a contrasting color block T-shirt
Colorblock Set from Matchy Match Sewing Club!
Vyvanse makes me hold my mouth like the “white person smile” meme when I’m concentrating
Does this happen to anyone else? It’s becoming painful and I can’t stop!
In a shocking development, my sweet girl Clementine is actually male
She developed testicles about a week after her vet “confirmed” she was female.
I’m a little excited because neutering is cheaper than spaying. Otherwise everything will remain the same 🏳️⚧️
I’m wondering if anyone has experience getting services done at the Paul Mitchell school by the students? I’m looking at getting a gel manicure, gel pedicure, and hair highlights!
I know they’re learning so I’m not expecting perfection, but I’d like to hear any personal experiences
